Who da Mac?

What do you do with an old LCD monitor that is not being used? You hook it up to your Mac and be twice as productive.

This is the one thing I like about my Mac... it's so easy to hook things up and start working with it. Thanks to a recent trip to BestBuys, and $19 later with a DVI to VGA adapter, I've just extended my desktop real estate to about 1280 x 1024 more. (If only we can do that to our housing lots!)

The one thing I like about the Mac is the fact that everything just fits well together. No driver conflicts, no complicated setups, just simply Plug-N-Play, within reason of course. Now I don't have to cram everything in my 13-inch display. Talk about productivity!

Do you see the bottom screen? That's Windows XP running on my Mac... yet another great thing about the machine. It's like having two computers running at the same time. You actually have 3 computers running... Windows XP, Apple, and a Unix back end called Darwin. You know the old cliche, "Once you go Mac, there's no turning back!"
