Dailychex is a web-based application that allows individuals and groups to manage and organize their daily activities online, store and share photos, and share blogs with family and invited groups of friends. Dailychex is also created to simplify time and home management, organizing a "to do list" online that is convenient to the user, and easily shared with family, friends and community.

You do not need to be registered to view public photos on Dailychex, however you must be a registered member of Dailychex to post any photos or blogs.

Collection of Information and Use Practices

You can choose to make your photos public for anyone to access, restrict access to a limited number of other Dailychex users, or keep those photos private so only you can access them.
Billing for Dailychex services, such as Chexers Pro, is done using PayPal, an authorized third party payment gateway.
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase when using your credit card. Your transaction and the personal information collected is subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy. Dailychex doesn't share your personal information with Paypal and Paypal doesn't share personal information they collect with Dailychex.

Your Ability to Update or Delete Information

You can delete individual photos that you have on Dailychex by selecting the photos that you wish to delete.
You can edit your profile, default privacy settings for photos, and more.
Chexers Pro accounts cannot be canceled once purchased. If you created a Paypal account and would like to update/delete your information, you will need to visit their site.
When you use Dailychex you are subject to the Dailychex Terms of Service and Dailychex Guidelines.

Dailychex may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each web site that collects personal information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Dailychex.

Security

Dailychex takes appropriate precautions to protect our users' information. Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us by email or instant messaging services.
